Saluté was born in 2021 from a love of long Italian lunches — the kind that start at noon and end with espresso and limoncello. No two events are ever the same, so no two menus are either. We sit down with every client, listen to what they want, work around dietaries, cultures and budgets, and cook it all from scratch — served like family.
